When trying to delete an unused folder, RoboHelp informs us that it cannot do this because there are files in this folder. Looking at the contents, we see the folder is empty. How can we delete this folder that we never used and no longer need?

Are you looking at the contents via Project Manager or Windows Explorer?

If you look via Windows and there is something you know is not known to RH, delete it, reopen the project and then delete the folder.
