I tried to update my flash player but everytime it says DOWNLOAD TIMEOUT after 47 %.

I tried to update my flash player but everytime it says DOWNLOAD TIMEOUT after 47 %. I even uninstalled the old flash player, restarted my computer but keep getting the same msg!!. Now I don't have any flash player...new or old.

i have windows 7
