Flash Install Pack Disappears on Execution

Hi,

Currently (and have always been) running Windows 7 32bit with Mozilla Firefox.  I downloaded the update and it fully downloaded onto my desktop. When I go to start it, I get the usual pop up asking if I trust the program, blah blah. I click to continue and within 3-5 seconds, the install pack (which I can see) disappears and ends up in my Temp folder. I've tried running it again IN the Temp folder and it says there's another instance, so I go to the task manager to shut it down and try to install again, but the same thing happens.I've also paused my antivirus (Kaspersky Internet Security) and tried to run the install and it's just not working. What is going on here? I've never had this problem before.
