Is there a way to stop the drop-down text from collapsing when I use the back button on the browser?

I'm using RoboHelp HTML as an HTML editor and I'd like to keep the drop-down text on my index page from collapsing when I use the back button on the browser. Is there a way to set this up? I figured I can add a "Back" button on the page to link back to the index page and they would see the text displayed, but that seems like extra work.
