Windows 8 Flash Player

I have a new laptop and I'm having trouble installing Adobe Flash Player?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks and God bless!

What browser do you use?  What "trouble" do you have?

Note that IE10 on Windows 8 comes with Flash Player preinstalled; you don't need to (and cannot) install Flash Player manually.

Hi Pat, I'm using Windows 8.  I'm not sure if it is IE10 on Windows 8.

When I tried to access Tickmaster, it said that I need to update my Adobe Flash Player.  When I went to do that, at the adobe.com, it wouldn't let me install.  All I got was a blank screen when adobe.com loaded on my laptop.
