1. Re: MSO within an MSO?
Bob Bringhurst - Adobe Dec 17, 2012 7:19 AM (in response to dpsCygnus)No, but a few people in France figured out a workaround that overcomes the InDesign limitation. See the Nested Slideshows article in DPS Tips > Advanced Overlays.

2. Re: MSO within an MSO?
BobLevine Dec 17, 2012 7:21 AM (in response to dpsCygnus)It's actually been there all along but nobody discovered it until
recently. Anchor your second MSO into a small text frame and add that
text frame to another MSO.
Note: Any go to state actions in that second MSO will be lost and you'll
need to completely redo them

BobLevine Dec 17, 2012 7:27 AM (in response to Bob Bringhurst - Adobe)BTW, I'm using this in a current project and even three deep it works.
Amazing that nobody thought of this sooner.

4. Re: MSO within an MSO?
dpsCygnus Dec 17, 2012 8:04 AM (in response to Bob Bringhurst - Adobe)Merci to you both (and merci beaucoup to those clever folks in France).
Maybe it was something I saw in the release 24 webinar when they were talking about upcoming features for release 25.
Lovely as the workaround is, I hope they are planning to add nested MSOs as a feature.
Cheers,
Dave

BobLevine Dec 17, 2012 8:27 AM (in response to dpsCygnus)If they are it's an InDesign feature not a DPS feature. You can add your
