Having issue dowloading Updates

I have some issues with presenter 8.

First I can access the Help menu

It says: Not Connected to the Internet. Check your internet connection and try to access the help.

I can use the drop down menu but not click direcly on the menu. When I click on updates, it prompt me to the Adobe Application Manager and ask me to provide my proxy server username and password...
