Trial sites extend expiry

Hello. Has BC changed the trial sites expiries? Are we still able to extend an expiry as the option to do this appears to be greyed out?

My clients sometimes take a lot of time finishing a site and I often need to go over the month expiry time, can anybody explain if things have changed?

Hi Martin,

I believe this has changed awhile ago where you can only extend sites for a certain amount of times somewhere within 60-90 days.  Once greyed out we'll have to extend on your behalf. 

Please provide the site in question and we'll gladly extend for you.

Great, good to know we can extend the trial date. My clients seem to take an age to add products to stores and this tends to take up the complete trial period
