New serial number

Hi there,

i updated to Flash Builder 4.7 Trial on December 7th and also sent the Complimentary Upgrade data to Adobe.

The confirming E-Mail from Adobe said that my request will be handled within 48h.

14 days later i still wait for the new serial number that works with Flash Builder 4.7!!!

Live support couldn't help me, just told me to wait and be patient.

Can someone please tell me why this takes so long ?!?!

No, i just got the confirmation e-mail.

Meanwhile i received an answer from Adobe, therefore it's ok now, but

it just took way to long.
