how can I de authorize adobe digital reader 2.0 on my laptop
If you've still got the laptop with ADE installed, run ADE and type ctrl-shift-D (Cmd-Shift-D on the Mac.)
(Unfortunately, the ADE designer skipped 101 Human Computer Interaction lesson on discoverability.)
Otherwise, I think the only way is to get Adobe service to deregister all your computers/devices,
and then to reregister the ones you want.
