Roboholp8: hyperlink is not created in generated html page

Hi,

I have Robohelp8 license and trying to create hyperlink on page.

i tried to generate new hyperlink on page and it is showing proper on word document but in generated html file

not showing anchor tag itself.

Can you please suggest.

Sorry but I am not clear on what your problem is. Please reword your question.

Are you using RoboHelp HTML or RoboHelp for Word?

If RoboHelp HTML, are you working in the Design Editor or linking to a Word document?

Hi,

I am working in RoboHelp for Word. as we updating changes in word file like adding hyperlink.

then generating the html files.

We are working on .net project and it bundle it html pages.

Also I am not sure ....one question.. in hyperlink can we set relative path.

This sounds like you are generating WebHelp output. Can you confirm this please. If so, it would be better to convert your RoboHelp for Word project to the RoboHelp HTML application. It is better suited to producing HTML output.

However if this is not an option, adding a hyperlink should be straight forward. Using a relative path rather than an absolute path is the preferred method of adding one. Can you tell us the path you are specifiying and a summary of where the file is (e.g. on a server, in another help file).
