r_baiswar Dec 14, 2012 4:25 AM (in response to prodic)Hi,
Nothing has change from installation behvaior. CS6 installation is also supported in logged out user mode.
can you please share PDApp.log and install log files. we need these logs to debug this issue. please take backup of these files and clean these logs. i am suggesting this to get the fresh logs.
can you please confirm the OS version on client machine.
thanks,

prodic Dec 14, 2012 4:36 AM (in response to r_baiswar)Hi,
I would love to send you both logs, but I can only send you those files once a user is actually logged in - in which case the install works.
I'll reinstall a PC and see what files I might be able to obtain.
We are looking into a scenario where no user have ever been logged in and the installation would happen in "logged out user mode".
We are installing on Windows 7(x64).

prodic Jan 3, 2013 7:10 AM (in response to prodic)We had some external consultants look at our .msi-files and they confirmed that they should be able to install in "logged out user mode".
We are now looking into our SCCM-setup to figure out what might be wrong since CS6 fails and CS5.5 did not.

prodic Jan 17, 2013 5:16 AM (in response to prodic)Can anyone confirm that you've been able to install CS6 at the login screen? Especially a scenario where no user have been logged in at all.
