1. Re: "My orders" not showing Adobe Creative Cloud invoices anymore
dellple Jan 2, 2013 10:03 AM (in response to larsnor16)Having same issue -- thought I was navigating to the wrong page, but clearly something changed.
I'm looking for an answer too -- accounting needs their hard copies.

larsnor16 Jan 2, 2013 10:19 AM (in response to dellple)After contacting support via chat I was told that they would escalate the issue and get back to me in 2-3 working days.
I can't understand how it is possible to launch a service like this without having basic invoicing operations in order, and then proceed for months and months without adressing it. What a huge waste of time for everyone.

dellple Jan 2, 2013 10:45 AM (in response to larsnor16)Thanks for that update -- I used the workaround that was posted on a different thread: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4941470
It worked and I was able to print the hard copies I need, but a huge pain. I manage four accounts so what took me 15 minutes before took me an hour, not counting the time I had to spend researching the problem.

4. Re: "My orders" not showing Adobe Creative Cloud invoices anymore
dainbrain Jan 4, 2013 4:13 PM (in response to dellple)That's a lengthy explaination. The short answer I found...
- Get your subscription transaction IDs by clicking on the "Creative Cloud membership" link here:
https://store1.adobe.com/cfusion/store/html/index.cfm?event=displaySubscriptions - Paste your transaction ID onto the end of this URL:
https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/support/index.cfm?event=printReceipt&oid=[ YOUR subscription Transaction ID here ]
That should make a more print-friendly invoice. Then just choose to save as PDF in your browsers print dialog. Works for me, for now. I'd still like to get the PDF's automatically sent via email to my accounting dept or something. Hope this helps.
