LePan Tablet TC970 not downloading Flash Player

I cannot get my LePan tablet to download Flash Player.  It gives me no errors, just that it was unsuccessful.  Original download has been lost from tablet.  I have been through the troubleshooting checklist, but still not successful.  Any ideas?  I cannot watch videos at all.  Thanks.
