When I look at the MS Windows compatibility guide, it doesn't even list Presenter 8.  It says to ask the manufacturer.  Is it?

Adobe Presenter is not officially supported on Windows 8. http://www.adobe.com/products/presenter/tech-specs.html

I know it is going through testing. Many users have been able to use Presenter on Windows 8, but some have seen issues. Adobe support would be the best avenue if you are seeing issues. Contact Adobe Support at 800-945-9210 (though you may not get much futher than it is not supported)

Currently the eLearing suite is not listing Windows 8 as a supported OS, http://www.adobe.com/products/elearningsuite/tech-specs.html, but expect it to be in the near future. You may want to explore the forums for the other products in the eLearning Suite to see if there are discussions there around compatibility issues.
