pdf document

I need to be able to fill a pdf document with data from a SQL Server Database Table. I used Coldfusion to develop my web application. I would like to be able to click a link to enter a key field value and then pull up the information/record from the database corresponding to the key field entered.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
