CS4: How do I get a list of footage used in a given sequence?

      Hey, guys.

I have 10 Premiere Pro projects, one per episode. In addition to the main timeline, there are numerous other scratch sequences, one per character. The projects have all shots for that episode for each character. I use the scratch sequences to snip out the portions I want for the main timeline.

I have to re-render a lot of this footage in After Effects (color correction) and render time is an issue. I'd like to know what footage is actually being used in the main episode sequence so I can render just the ones I need. So far, I haven't found a straightforward report or way to get this information. The best I've come up with is to copy the project, delete everything but the main sequence, purge unused and see what's left. That's pretty clunky.

Is there a better way to get a list of what's used in my main sequence?

      Thanks!
