Failure to Update Frame10 Launch Patch

I am trying to install the patch for Frame10 failure to launch.  I get a message saying I need to reinstall Adobe Application manager.  I did that to version 6.2 and I am still getting the same message when I try to install the patch.  What is the issue?

Make sure you unpack the zip file before running the patch.

I did unzip the file.  It is when I tried to run it that I get this message.
