Why does shockwave crash

Why does my shockwave keep crashing? I have uninstalled it and it still pops up that it has crashed. While I am playing a game at zynga.com. My browser is Google Chrome.

then go here and manually download and install the latest flash player:  http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
