flash player download

When trying to download flash player update, I'm prompted to close Internet Explorer. I can't do that. Only way I can close explorer is to close internet connection. Help.

if you are manually installing flash player (recommended), you must close the browser you're adding the flash player to.  that shouldn't cause a problem because the install file should already be downloaded.
