Bill@VT Jan 7, 2013 8:22 PM (in response to CtDave)How did you create the PDF in the first place? Acrobat is not really an editing tool, though a limited editing tool is included. You should generally go to the original document, make changes, and recreate the PDF. Of course I am assuming here that you have created the documetn in WORD or some other editor, not Acrobat. If you used Acrobat, extensive changes may be easier to do if you simply save as a DOC file and make that file to look the way you want and then create the PDF from WORD or other editor.

Phillip Jones Jan 7, 2013 10:17 PM (in response to Bill@VT)When you use Bills method. save the updated original file as a new PDF. then in Acrobat choose Replace Pages. and choose to replace all Pages. If it’s a form you may have to adjust position of form fields.
