Cannot read ebook 'vendor account not associated with the book'

So i downloaded a few ebooks on digital editions, i think it was under my adobe id but if not it was an unauthorised account. My computer recently got reset and now on adobe I can see the books but it won't let me read them saying I need to log in, when I do log in it says The vendor account you entered is not associated with the book you are trying to open. How can I get my books back?

They are still on my account on mills and boon and it will let me re-download them by still adobe wont let me open them. help.

Seems the account from which you purchased this ebook and the one associated with ADE are two different accounts due which you are getting this error.

You need to contact the ebook vendor and ask them to associate this ebook with a different id of yours, may the one associated with ADE.
