Activation server error message "code E_ auth_not_ready

When trying to activate my PC I keep getting this Activation Server Error message.

Code E_auth_not_Ready ?????????

Are you still experiencing the same error message?  The activation server was down for maintenance on January 11, 2013 at 11 P.M. PST.

Got the laptop authorized just fine now.  Thank you for all your help.

NOW I'm on to the next problem getting our (Wife and I) new Samsung Galaxy 10.1

Tablets to 1st: download the Adobe Digital Edition and 2: get it authorized.

Can you point me in the right direction ?  All help is welcome !

ADE doesn't itself run on Android tablets.

You can download a compatible app such as Bluefire; then check the Bluefire settings for authorization.

If your computer ADE and Bluefire are authorised with the same ID,

you should be able to copy books from the PC using file manager such as Windows Explorer and read them on Bluefire.

There are also apps from various vendors that allow you to access their shops and download direct to the tablet;

and an Overdrive app that lets you borrow and download library books.

No PC or ADE involved with these.
