1. Re: How do I get this to stop asking me to register?
David__B Jan 11, 2013 10:54 AM (in response to KokoBlue)Hi MollyMidnight,
This is usually due to some kind of permissions issue. Are you on Windows or Mac?
It recommend creating a new local administrative account and running the software from there and see if the behavior persists.

laurie@cn Jan 11, 2013 3:11 PM (in response to David__B)I, too, am quite tired of getting this message everytime I log-in to a tool. I am the one and only administrative user on a single private computer with literally hundreds of programs that all work just fine, including other subscription model software. This is a bug in the Adobe software. Please let us know when this will be fixed.
Thanks,
Laurie

David__B Jan 11, 2013 3:38 PM (in response to laurie@cn)Hi Laurie,
I'm sorry for your frustration. Product registration is only something which should happen the first time you launch the products. Would it be possible to post a screen shot of the registration prompt that keeps coming up? If you have a lot of programs on the computer it could be due to conflict between the Adobe programs and some other software on the computer.
There is a licensing issue with Photoshop CS6 which causes it to revert to trial mode, this is not related to registration though but is something else I've heard of that others are experiencing lately. With that issue the solution is to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop CS6 specifically. It might be a different issue than what you are experiencing.
Just trying to help,

laurie@cn Jan 11, 2013 5:01 PM (in response to David__B)I had already launched most apps today, so those messages won't come up again now-unless I reboot. But, I hadn't used DW yet today. This message is representative of the others I get, though each product screen is a little bit different. I did uninstall and reinstall Photoshop about a month ago already. Didn't seem to make any difference. I do know you are trying to help, sorry if I was overly rude.

David__B Jan 11, 2013 5:29 PM (in response to laurie@cn)Hi Laurie,
Thanks for the screen shot. The issue with Photoshop CS6 is something caused by a prior copy the most recent update, 13.1.1 but most of the reports and most of the cases that I've heard there have been limited to just Photoshop. Even though you've reinstalled Photoshop previously I'd recommend reinstalling it again if this licensing thing is something which has just started happening to you lately. I'd uninstall and then reinstall Photoshop CS6, install all the Photoshop updates and then click the "License This Software" button and sign in with your Adobe ID. Then see if it fixed it for all of them,
Let me know if you are still having difficulties,
-Dave

KokoBlue Jan 13, 2013 9:59 PM (in response to David__B)Yes, it is frustrating ALL the TIME. And why are you sending me a link
regarding my own Mac preferences, that that nothing at all to do with the
issue. I am a cloud member. It takes my money every month. I use
InDesign ...Illustrator, Flash, etc. but it's only Photoshop that keeps
asking me and it is the same screen shot that others have have shown you.
Exactly the same annoying screen every day, sometimes more then once a day
.... ARGGGGG
