Adobe Digital editions administrator problem download

I am attempting to download adobe digital editions. But when I try click on the button to install the program, it asks for administrator approval. There is only one account on my computer, and I am the administrator. It will not accept any of my passwords. I need this for a school reading, any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
