Problem with installation of Flash Player

Hi,   

I'm trying to install Flash Player 11 (Firefox 18.0, Win 7 Ultimate).  Yeah, it tells me to close Firefox, which I do, but it also tells me to close "basic".   What the heck is "basic"?

There's a process that uses the Flash Player plug-in running in the background on your system that's keeping us from installing.

The simplest workaround is to reboot your machine and run the installer before doing anything else.  This should get you to a state where this application isn't running.
