hi can anyone help i cannot download some books from digital editions

hi cany anyone help,i have digital editions and have purchased some books,managed to download some of my books but it wont let me download others,it is coiming up error or no file and i do not now what to do,i have tried ringing the ereader and the bookstore and everything appears to be right there so the only other thing i can think of is my digital editions,hope you can help me, jayne

What specific error message are you receiving when you try to download your e-book?

Are all the books from the same vendor?  If not, could there be a pattern of vendors in the ok and no ok books?
