Cannot connect to server via Dw CS6

Hello,

When trying to create a new BC Site or import an existing, we're stuck at the Business Catalyst - Connecting to server... window.

We have a cloud subscription and upgraded to webCommerce.

We're able to connect via the web using our cloudID, but not through Dw.

You are connecting using SFTP and not FTP?
FTP connections have been closed since before Christmas.

Where can we find the setting to change Business Catalyst connection to SFTP?

All we did is: Site > Manage Sites > Import Business Catalyst Site >

2 windows popups:

1 - Adobe Dreamweaver CS6: Sign In > we sign in with cloud ID > sign in window closes

2 - Business Catalyst: Connecting to server, with status bar never goes away.

Tried to create a New Business Catalyst site, still stuck at the same connecting to server screen.
