1. Re: I found CS5.X 3-way CC more functional than CS6's.... thoughts?
JSS1138 Jan 19, 2013 2:48 PM (in response to wfmc staffer)I prefer Colorista for the job. Overall I just find it more capable than any built-in tool.

Jim Curtis Jan 20, 2013 9:18 AM (in response to wfmc staffer)Thare are other CC plugs (some of which are CUDA): Levels and RGB Curves are the two most useful, IMO. I use the 3-Way mostly for Saturation. I wish Pr had a Hue/Saturation plug like Ae has, but alas (I have made a feature request).

Taverino Jan 20, 2013 5:25 PM (in response to Jim Curtis)That's the thing that bugs me about PPro color tools - too many disparate effects needed to get the job done. And since the RGB color corrector was broken a few months ago and still hasn't been fixed AFAIK, I've moved to Colorista II and could not be more pleased. I really think Adobe needs to clean up the color workflow in PPro so I can focus on the look and not keep shuttling between effects. In the meantime, I'll stick with Colorista.
