1. Re: Deactivating and activating multiple versions
Arpit Kapoor Jan 21, 2013 11:52 AM (in response to mpc999)All the adobe Creative Suites versions are seperate applications independent of each other. So, deactivating one will not de-activate the other. For example, if you de-activate CS6, it will not de-activate CS5.5, CS5, etc. You need to de-activate them seperately.
Also, as you mentioned, all these versions are upgrades, then you need to keep the serial number for all the 3 versions with you, in case you need to install them all.
I believe, if you have the most latest CS6 version with you, you will not need to install the previous versions unless you have something else in mind.
Hope that clarifies your doubt.

2. Re: Deactivating and activating multiple versions
mpc999 Jan 21, 2013 11:54 AM (in response to Arpit Kapoor)Thanks. I need all the versions of InDesign, at least. I will not be "reinstalling" them, because my hard drive is not affected. It's the CPU that's changing.

Arpit Kapoor Jan 22, 2013 7:48 AM (in response to mpc999)Ok. In that case, deactivating all the suites will be a good start.
