CS5.5 InDesign won't launch after migration from iMac to MacBook Pro

    nrhs62

Purchased new MacBook Pro. As part of the initial start-up process, I migrated files from my iMac (Late 2009) (OS X 10.7.5) to MacBook Pro (iOS Mountain Lion 10.8.2), along with applications including my CS5.5 Design Standard. MacBook Pro start-up process completed without a problem.

Now, on the MacBook Pro, mixed bag from CS5.5 programs. Illustrator CS5.1 ver. 39 and PhotoShop CS5.1 ver. 12.1 open and work fine. InDesign CS5.5 ver. 7.5.3.333 crashes when launching (repeatedly), with iOS displaying a "InDesign quit unexpectedly" window.

      Suggestions?

UPDATE: Reading solution found by another entry about InDesign 5.5 not launching on new MacBook Pro, I attempted to open Adobe Extension Manager and turn off the SING extension, but Extension Manager crashed on launch.
