Mylenium Jan 22, 2013 7:26 PM (in response to ksemple)Short of elaborate cloning you won't be able to get rid of the streaks. A simple copy&paste of the image as a "luminance" based layer mask on an adjustment layer allowed to recover some details and if you refine procedures and tweak settings, this may allow you to keep the streaks in a toned down manner and still look okay-ish.
