I created a presenter from a single powerpoint, and the publish was successful, but when i play back the result from a browser (I tested Chrome, IE, and FireFox), it stuck on the 2nd slide. there was no animation or anything that i can think of that should stop the animation.
if you want to see the presenter, it's here http://www.csu.edu.au/division/landt/efp/blue/course1/Introduction/index.htm
at first i thought that i made a mistake on the slide transition setting in the PowerPoint file, but all of the transitions are set the same http://screencast.com/t/MaNaiT0Si8Gm and i'm using MS PowerPoint 2010 and 2013, both produce have the same problem, so it's not the version issue.
i then thought, oh well i'll just keep playing with the next module's content.
the subsequent contents are all working well, no stuck on the transitions;
i then thought, ah must be there is a setting somewhere that cause all this anomaly; so i "save as" from the ones that are working, and then move the content from the old one to the new one. and the problem occur again.
i might have overlook something, can anybody please help or suggest something?
Try changing the format of images on that slide. I usually remove the images on the slide, one at a time, until the slide plays back correctly. Save the image as a JPG or GIF image and re-insert it, then the presentation should play back.
it works just after i combined the three seperate cliparts into one and reinsert it into the the slide which stuck.
Change your images to RGB.
No Greyscale or CMYK.
