You talk to your IT department/ your families system administrator. This is nothing Adobe can fix or circumvent.

Was what any help i have not received any help from any one what do ihave to do to get a flash player into

What IS IT This My Home computer I have useing adobe for more then five years now i have never seen any thing like this beforethere is no it just me

@DawgDad06 - What type of problem are you running into?  What error are you receiving?

I have gone thru the help messages and tried all the items listed buy still get

this message when doing the install.....

Is the user account an admin or standard user?  You'll want to be admin for the initial install.  You might also be running into permission issues.  Please try the steps listed in this FAQ to see if they help:
