Just bought a new laptop with Windows 8 and cant view things that require flash driver

What do you mean by "flash driver"; do you mean Flash Player?

Flash Player is preinstalled on Internet Explorer 10, you don't need to (and cannot) install Flash Player manually.

Use Windows Update to obtain the latest Flash Player version.
