flashplayer not working on

i have windows essentials  and have set up family safety on one of my accounts.  my daughter has been unable to play games on several sites such as pbskids, starfall, funbrain.  each time she get onn the sites a sign come up saying that parents need to install flashplayer.  i have just checked her end of the computer and the flash player is installed . i have talke to microsoft eddentials and have gone through several steps to try and remedy the issue but thus far nothing has help.

I assume her account is a standard user, not an admin.  If so, please try installing our 11.6 beta as it fixes a bug that caused Flash Player not to appear for standard users.
