Trying to download Flash

Having just installed Window8, I can no longer see some videos. Was told to download Flash. Tried to but nothing happend! Any ideas?? Guess I must need to change some settings.

use your browser to go here:  http://www.adobe.com/products/about-flash.html

does it show you have flash installed?  if not, manually download and install from here:  http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

Hi,Thanks for the comments. Flash v 11.3 is installed and apparently operating but still will not let me see videos!! Brian

Thanks for the help. Flash was installed and working but with my set up certain videos could only be seen in 'view on laptop'. Thanks again.Brian Truscott
