I don't think Adobe provide a sensible way.

You can use the free screen capture program Capture2Text http://sourceforge.net/projects/capture2text/files/Capture2Text/

That comes in handy for lots of cases where you need to capture text from the screen and the program does not provide a direct way.

It has a slightly unusual interface for selecting region, easiest is:

  1. make sure mouse is at top left of region to read
  2. hit your chosen hotkey
  3. move mouse with no buttons to select region
  4. click mouse button to c

For some reason it doesn't capture the line breaks; you'ld think that was easy if you can capture the text.

That's an interesting solution you suggest, but am disappointed that adobe doesnt provide an easier way to do this.

Nobody wants to be able to get a list of their titles?
