Trouble Viewing Adobe and Modern Mode

Bought a new computer about 2 weeks ago and I am having trouble viewing certian videos that use flash player while in modern mode (mainly on epicfail.com and battlelog.battlefield.com), although I am able to view these videos in desktop mode but I want to view it in modern mode. I am not too happy about having to switch back between both modes. I tried following a few solutions on other forums on adobe's help center but they are all for desktop mode and did not help. On top of that when I go to the download page for Adobe Flash Player on adobe.com nothing shows up....I NEED HELP
