how can i default all participants to be a presenter by default when they enter my meeting room?

I have setup a conf. meeting room using adobe meeting. i need that anyone that joins the room, is able to be a presenter without me having to grant 'presenter' role. Is this possible and how can it be setup?

Go to the following menu in the meeting room: Meeting > Manage Access and Entry > Auto-Promote Participants to Presenter
