Contact Form not submitting to email address associated with BC

I've been trying to use a contact form from Muse.If I associate the form with a BC hosted email address, when the form is filled out and submitted, it does not send an email to the account with the information. However, if I change the email address to another hosted email or gmail email account, the form will send the email with the information. Any ideas why I cannot have it send to a BC hosted email?

Here is the link http://www.advancedlaboratoryservices.com/contact-us.html and the targeted email is currently set is webadmin@advancedlaboratoryservices.com. It will be set to contact@advancedlaboratoryservices.com when it gets corrected.
