copying advanced actions

Is it possible to copy advanced actions from one project to another?

Unfortunately no.  If you know you will need specific Variables or Advanced Actions in more than one project, the workaround is to build them into a template and base all of your projects on that template.

Sad, but thanks. I'm new to this, so make improvments to my techniques as I go along. I was hoping for an easy way to get the stuff back into the template...

This area has been one of the most frequently requested enhancements for future versions.  If you would like to fill out an enhancement request as well and add your voice to the many others, that would be great.  The link to the enhancement form is on this forum at the rool level sidebar.

In Captivate 6 you can save a file as a template... was not possible before, that was about the only request about advanced actions that was arranged
