Digital Editions 2.0 not working after Installation on MS XP System, Error Code: System.argument out of range

How to correct ?

ADE does not usually work well on XP; especially pre SP3 versions.  (It isn't even meant to on the earlier versions).

Install v1.7.2 instead.

Version 1.7.2, it is a little difficult to find, available on Adobe site for Windows and for Mac.
