Flash 11.5.502.149 install problem

I have to reinstall flash 11.5.502.149 every time I log off or reboot, why?

Why do you "have to" reinstall; what prompts you to do that?

I am using Internet Explorer 9 on Windows 7 64 bit. My problem has been solved by upgrading to Internet Explorer 10.
