Unable to Get Presenter 8 Video Record Button to Work

When I click the Presenter 8 Record button my screen goes black and a get a warning (see attached image of warning). Using Power Point 2010 on a Lenovo W510 running Windows 7 with a Nvida GeForce GT 730M.

Hi Richard,

Is it only happening with the record button?

Please check the version of presenter and update it to the latest version (save a project>help > update).

You can launch VC standalone application from start menu too, search for Adobe Presenter video creator.
