I need help downloading Flash Player 11 & for some reason it keeps telling me to shut down internet explorer so I do & then it says to shut down creptor I have no idea what that is. Please help because my computer won't let me do anything without it.  HELP! PLEASE!

You need to close anything that uses Flash Player during the installation.  I have no idea what "creptor" is, but it is obviously something that is running on your computer.  Check with the Task Manager's Processes tab.
