Cs6 design web premium taking forever to install

I've been trying to download my software for the last 12hours. It's been stuck at 13%. My remaining time is at 5705 minutes!!!!! And still climbing. What do I do? I've closed all other applications and I have a strong wi fi connection... Help.

stop the download, delete anything that's been downloaded and re-start the download.

This may sound stupid, but I don't know how to delete anything that's been downloaded. When I click on the

DEVICE bar on my side panel in finder > ADOBE CS6 DESIGN AND WEB PREMIUM > DEPLOY

It shows :

Install-en_gb.xml

Install-en_us.xml

Install-en_jp.xml

Uninstall-en_gb.xml

Uninstall-en_us.xml

Uninstall-en_jp.xml

Do I drag them all to my trash can?

It sounds like the DMG file has mounted.  If you look under Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium you should be able to locate Setup or Set-up which you can utilize to begin the installation process.

wait.  if it didn't complete downloading don't try and install it.

if you can find the .dmg file that you downloaded, delete that.

The only .dmg file that deals with adobe is the adobedownloadassistant.dmg

Is that what I delete?
