Quickest way to globally replace external URL?

The RH10 Project Manager includes a handy list of all the external URLs called from within the project. It would be even handier if it allowed editing.

Is there some means of globally swapping one URL for another, other than find and replace?

No, but if you right click on a link and select the Show Topic Links option you get a list of where the URL is referenced.

Yes, but that's what I was hoping to avoid. I thought there might be ONE place where I could amend the URL.

Not at all. If anything has been disappointing, it's that the function does not exist.

I was hoping there might be one of those "back door" sort of things, where you can sneak in and change something when RH isn't looking.

I have used a program called FAR (find and replace) to replace links previously. Each one can be identified, viewed and changed or all changed in an instance. Take a back up of your project first though.

RoboHelp contain san example script that does just this. Check the Script Explorer pod.
