I have downloaded AdobeFlash 11 and the download was successful according to Adobe's site. I can't find the program from the start button and it doesn't run on Explorer 9 or Firefox. Can anybody help? (I have run the download from Adobe's website as opposed to saving it).

You have downloaded it, but did you also install it?

What exactly means "doesn't run"?

Hi Pat, thank you for your interest. Yes I selected 'run' when installing it and the Adobe website confirmed that the installation was successful. However it doeasn't appear in my list programs in 'Add or Remove' nor does it appear in the list when I click the 'Start' button, When I'm browsing on the internet I am continually told that I need to install Flash. My OS is Windows 7.
