Hi. Im having trouble installing Flash player on my Mac OSX 10.7.5. The installation won´t start and it is not possible for me to uninstal the old version of flash, that Ive got.

When I try to install after agreed terms nothing happens?

A few times ive got the message, that only one edition of the program could run, but ive tried to uinstall the old with adobes uninstaller without any luck....what is wrong?

Normally I have never had any troubles and the updates where automatic.

Best regards..

Hello,

Make sure Safari or any other browser is not running while installing Flash Player (Double check with Activity Monitor)

Also use Adobe Flash Player uninstaller to remove any version of Adobe Flash Player already installed (http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player_osx.dmg)

Did you try installing or uninstalling from root user ?

Also please upload some screenshots.

Thanks,

Vikram
